I love all the Sharwood's sauces. I put this under Pasta & Pasta Sauces, but only because I didnt' see a more specific category. It is actually an Indian style sauce for rice and potatoes. I guess you could use it on pasta for sure, I just never have.

I love the flavor. It is all real ingredients. A creamy, tomato, curry sauce with ginger, creamed coconut, paprika, lemon juice, crushed tomatoes, and coriander.

I make a pot of rice, steam carrots and broccoli or whatever veggies you like, and when both are ready, add them to a pan and add desired amount of the Tikka Masala sauce. You can also add chicken which is how it comes at the Indian restaurants, but the vegetarian option is served at restaurants too.

In the end, add some fresh Cilantro and voila !!! nummy nummy. So good. I totally recommend this product.
