Meh. I'm roped into being a shaw direct customer. It starts off ok. Than I find that they add items and change pricing inconsistently.

Packages are terribly priced. 20 bucks a month for movies?? Customer service however is usually pretty good. My installer was a creep whom I told shaw I did not want back at my house & they sent him out anyway.

I think all satellite companies charge too much. If it was just me I would just have my internet and watch YouTube.
