My hair is prone to split ends, fairy knots, and constant breakage however after using the product for about a month now in combination with the JBCO Deep Conditioner & Leave-In, I can say I have visibly seen a difference in the strength of my hair. There’s definitely much less breakage/fall out, my scalp and hair strands feels very clean and still moisturized. I’m not the biggest fan of the colour and smell of the shampoo however it’s understandable considering it has Black Caster Oil in it. The scent does not linger after it has been rinsed out. I do find that a little bit shampoo goes a long way. I lather up a healthy amount of shampoo in my palms then apply it to my curls and work it through the length of my hair. Lathering the shampoo first helps me use much less of the product allowing it to last me much longer. Overall a fantastic product that every curly girl should incorporate in their hair regime

Great moisturizing and reparing shampoo

I received a $5 coupon towards any Shea Moisture product, and so I choose this one. My hair is thick, coarse, and unruly. This shampoo helped it become smooth, manageable, and shiney.

I have really dry hair and this Shampoo leaves it feeling so soft. I love its all natural and the smell is amazing! Smells like vanilla and the smell lingers in your hair for a really long time. Love the whole line of Shea Moisture and reasonably priced.

As good as, if not Better, then highend shampoos

I stock up when I can! This shampoo is amazing! After bleaching my hair 3x and it being very damaged, I finally tried this shampoo and I was very impressed! It restored my hair and brought it back to life and has now become a regular staples after years of searching for the right product.

Destroyed my hair

If you are sensitive to protein stay away! I found out with this product because it is high in protein. After using my hair felt like straw and needed a lot of moisture treatments to rehydrate. I'm 3a/b low porosity

I love this JBCO shampoo by Shea Moisture. its so amazing, I love this way it feels when I lather the smell is amazingly pleasant. The best part about this shampoo is that after having washed it out it doesn't strip my hair what so ever, my hair Is left shiny bouncy superrr defined smelling great softer and moisturized.

This is was my first time ever buying this product and I absolutely love it! First of all, the smell of this shampoo is amazing and it left my hair smelling fresh. I didn’t need a lot of pumps as the shampoo lathers up very quickly (although at first glance it looked like I was gonna need a lot) and it did a number on my hair. It gave my hair volume and enchanted the curls. My hair also felt softer and more bouncer. My scalp also felt lighter and overall, it worked amazing on my hair. Definitely recommend!

Shea Moisture Miracle Shampoo

Shea Moisture Jamaican Oil Shampoo is one of the best shampoos we've tried - especially if you have thinning hair or you're losing hair. Leaves your hair clean full of body and shiny for longer than other shampoos we've tried. Hair looks visibly thicker - definitely a keeper!

An Exemplary Natural Hair Care Product

The Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil shampoo works well for my hair type. My hair requires a lot of moisture and love in between styling, and this shampoo is noteworthy because it gives it that. Because of the moisture-rich formulation (containing highly emollient ingredients like Jamaican black castor oil and shea butter), I find that if I have a fair amount of oil-based styling products in my hair upon shampooing, two treatments are necessary. The first - to clarify (requiring more product, and will not lather much), and the second - to thoroughly cleanse the hair and scalp (requiring less product, but will lather more due to clarification from the first wash). If I have a small amount of oil-based styling products in my hair upon shampooing, one treatment is all that's necessary. After washing, my curls become completely defined and my scalp feels restored. This shampoo by Shea Moisture is an exemplary natural hair care product with oils, botanicals, and extracts that make me feel good about what I'm applying to my body. The fragrance is divine and it makes washing my hair such a pleasant experience. As a result of using this product on a regular basis, I have seen a dramatic improvement in the health and growth of my hair.
