Always the best option for maintaining blonde, silver or white hair. Zaps yellow and brassy tones like a pro, and extends the life of a dye job substantially. Also surprisingly hydrating for a pigmented conditioner.

Shimmer Lights

I bought the Shimmer lights shampoo & conditioner for blonde & silver hair and I must say it’s the best purple shampoo & conditioner I’ve ever used for my blonde hair. I love it and from now on it’s the only purple products I will buy. It kept my hair the awesome colour I wanted much longer than my usual products. The smell isn’t that great but they work very well.

Unfortunately, did not stand up to its review!

This product has a great price but it was awful on my hair. I have been blessed with naturally curly hair and this product strips all of the moisture out of it leaving it feeling like straw. Sadly dissatisfied with this product, and I had very high hopes for it.

Great Product

I started using this conditioner when I started getting my hair hilighted about a yr ago. It has great pigmentation and definitely takes the brassyness out of my blonde. I use this on a regular basis and don't really have anything negative to say about it. The smell of it is so nice and it works great!

Purple conditioner

Price is great, very pigmented. Could make your hair a light more conditioned but pairs great with the shampoo. It’s my go to for blonde hair. If you leave it on for longer you will get a purple tint to your hair but it washes out the next wash.

Blonde hair's best friend

Having bleached blonde hair is hard work! Even when it's lightened perfectly, brassiness seems to come out of nowhere. This stuff saved my life when I was fighting to be blonde. I used it daily after shampooing. It left my hair moisturized and healthy but most importantly - it fought discolouration and orange tones between touchups. 100% must have.

Not a favourite

While I love Shimmer Lights Shampoo, I'm not a fan of the conditioner. The conditioner is supposed to continue to tone and soften your hair. The shampoo can be drying and I find the conditioner doesn't help combat the drying affect of the shampoo. Instead after using the shampoo I will use a conditioner treatment.

I`ve been using this purple conditioner along with the matching shampoo for the past few months. This isn`t my favourite conditioner that I`ve used, but not the worst. I would rate it as average. The positives of it are that it does help with the colour of my blonde hair. The negatives are that I don`t find it does a good enough job conditioning my hair. I am also not crazy about the scent.
