Simple Supplement Subscription

Product comes in a nice, recyclable paper bag. No strong smells or taste. After 1 month did not have noticeable benefits. Maybe slightly calmer but hard to say if it was from the product or just less stressed month. Simple ingredients that's are easy to get on their own from a health food store. Wouldn't buy again fro myself, but I would recommend to someone who would prefer a subscription service.
