Works Well and Feels Great

I received this free in exchange for an honest review and I really liked using it. It worked quickly and well to breakdown my makeup and waterproof sunscreen. My skin is acne prone and I didn't have any issues with breakouts after using this and it washed off well without leaving any oily residue. My skin just felt soft and hydrated.

A must-have for my beauty routine

I went into trying this product hoping it would be bad due to the price, but after trying I was more than happy with it. I only needed a couple drops to removed my waterproof makeup and it did so with such ease. The scent of it is also quite relaxing and soft. I will definitely be buying this again.

Effective

The Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil is great. I use in the morning to remove my overnight moisturizers/mask and in the evening to remove my makeup and cleanse my skin. It is lightly scented and smells nice. Nothing overpowering that will turn you off. It’s a liquid oil that you apply to dry skin. It breaks down makeup including stubborn eye makeup. You then add a little water to create an emulsion hand then you rinse away. Your skin is left feeling clean and hydrated. It is not stripped of any moisture and does not feel dry. A little goes a long way do the product will last.

So smooth

My skin can be sensitive to oils and cause acne if it’s too oily. But I had no issues with this oil! It wasn’t heavy; nice and smooth. Definitely recommend this for anyone who doesn’t have super sensitive skin!!

Cleansing Oil

I have combination skin. I tried removing light makeup at night using this oil. My skin felt a bit oily after rining it off. I didn't use other face wash and followed my skin care routine. The oily feeling didn't last long and didn't cause any breakouts. It's a nice cleaning oil but pricy.

Do you live in Alberta or a dry climate? Then chances are your skin is dry. Welcome Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil! This product bith removes makeup so easily, but leaves your skin feeling supple, and smooth without being overly greasy.
I have only used it a week and I am prone to breakouts so I’ll have to buy a full size to see if I have any issues but I love how it makes my skin feel.
It was also great at removing waterproof makeup which is great!

To Oilly for Me

I received a free sample of Shu Uemura ultimate8 cleasing oil. It was my first time trying double cleansing! It did a very effective job removing my base makeup, but it did not work as well as I thought removing my mascara. It was a much thinner texture then I had inticipated, and I found it to be very messy to get out of the foil packet. It was much to oilly feeling for my tatse.

Felt really greasy

Didn't finish the sample, felt really greasy the first two uses and made me breakout - have used other stuff like this before so unsure why this particular one was like this
