Amazing cleansing oil

This beauty cleansing oil smells great and sure does remove heavy lasting makeup ! It was really easy to remove lipstains with this cleansing oil and was amazed. Japanese beauty products are really sonmething else and I def would like to see what other beauty products Shu Uemura sells cause from their beauty oil can tell their product qualities are great something.

Not as effective as others

For a cleansing oil I expected it to better remove leftover makeup. I had to use way too much product to get all makeup products off. Which meant way too much oil being put on my skin.

Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Cleansing Oil

I received a sample of this product from Chickadvisor/Butterly for free in exchange for my honest review.

I used this cleansing oil on my wet skin to remove makeup/clean my face before washing off with water. The oil felt very luxurious and had a lovely soft scent that was not overpowering. It immediately dissolved my stubborn waterproof mascara/long wear liquid lipstick. I did not have to rub or tug on my skin for this cleansing oil to do it’s thing which I was very happy for. It was really effective at removing tough makeup whilst being very gentle on my skin. After removing with water it did not leave an oily nor sticky residue that other products do - it left my skin soft and moisturized. I really loved this sample and would love to try more if there is a little sale or something! Very nice product!

Silky smooth

This cleansing oil is does a good job making your skin feel fresh and invigorated. It smells nice, and does the job well. However, I felt that this product was hard to wash off without feeling a bit greasy on the face. I looked up how much a bottle costs, I was very surprised as it is quite pricey and there are other products that do a similar job but for a lower price point. If you got money this is the product for you, otherwise an other cleansing balm or micellar water will do the trick.

Cleansing Oil Review

I have not used a cleansing oil before, however I trialed a sample for free. I did like the sample but was hard to tell if it was effective with only one use and for the price I would want to be sure this product is for me.

Good product

I liked this product and found that for me it worked like it was suppose to work. At first I wax a bit nervous but I tried it and u liked it so I was recommend this to other people.

Works Great

The Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil is a game changer. First it is lightweight, smells great and cleansed my skin so well.

I like the moisturing effect on my face. This is definitely a step I will add to my skincare routine. ✨️

Great short term

This product made my skin feel so clean and fresh. The only issue is that the sample I was given was very small and only a one time use. I'm not sure of how it is long term but I would purchase this product again after how it made my skin feel!

Déçue

Sincèrement, j’ai été déçue par cette huile démaquillante. Je n’ai pas trouvé qu’elle enlevait comme il faut le maquillage et pour une peau grasse ce n’était pas top.

Luxurious cleansing oil

I was happy to try out this cleansing oil as it was something i've never used before. I only used a small amount and it took off all my makeup including waterproof mascara. It left my skin very soft but i did cleanse as well with a foaming cleanser after. I like that it has 8 essential, natural oils and you don't need very much to be effective. If you're looking for a product to thoroughly remove your makeup it's a great option.
