Soft Skin

I got a small sample of this from Chickadvisor/Butterly to give my honest review about. It smells lovely. It absorbs quickly and does t leave an oily feeling. I have relatively sensitive skin but this didn't irritate it. My face felt soft afterwards.

Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil Is Light and Moisturizing

I received a 1.6 oz sample in exchange for an honest review. I washed my face daily in the evenings with the shu uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil. I normally use a micellar water to remove my makeup as the first step in my skincare routine, but this product claims to remove makeup/dirt, so I used this instead. It removed my makeup easily, although I didn't use it on my eyes. It removed my makeup and left my skin feeling soft. I have normal/sensitive skin and this product did not irritate my skin at all. It has a very light scent, barely noticeable. I've tried other cleaning oils in the past, but this is the first one I've tried that didn't leave a residue. It's light enough for use in the summer months. I will consider buying this product once my sample runs out.

Fresh and clean feeling

Loved this products scent and cleaning power. My face felt amazing post cleanse and hydrated as well. Not greasy as i first assumed. Easy clean up for busy mom on the go.

Very nice on face

I loved how it made my skin super soft. Would recommend to friends depending on price. It lathers really good too which is a bonus. Also, smells pretty good as well. Thank you for letting me try it.

I’ve used this cleansing oil for a few weeks and I’m in love with it. My skin feels so smooth and it removes all of my makeup in seconds and does not dry out my skin. It removes my waterproof makeup easily even the toughest one. Overall I really recommend this amazing cleansing oil

Very Greasy, clogs pores

This looks like a very luxurious product as far as appearances go. Once applied however it does NOT lather whatsoever, which was fine because a lot of these types do not, but it did not remove all my EYE MAKEUP either. Then it left behind a very greasy residue behind and my face broke out a few days later. FYI...I normally have DRY SKIN

Not for my Oily Skin

I really didn't getting enough of the product in the sample to really be able to say if the product really worked for my skin. But from the one time use of it I liked it for removing my makeup.

Cleansing oil that does its job

I only tried a small sample (sachet) so can only comment on one time use. The oil was able to remove my makeup and was a good first cleanser. I wouldn't say it performed better than my balm cleanser to justify the cost. But if you're looking for something luxe, this could be a winner for you. #tryShuUemera #gotitfree from #butterly

Easy Makeup Removal

This oil really helps to loosen oil. I used it to cleanse my face as the first step. It makes it so easy to get makeup off my face and make my skin as clean as possible.
