Left a Gross Sticky Film

I tried this on my face and neck and it left a very strange residue that I needed to scrub off. I also didn’t love the scent…. Overall very unimpressed.

Great

I usually don’t go for facial oils but this one was gentle enough for even my super sensitive skin, this pill did t clog my pores, blended into my skin easily and didn’t have an overpowering scent- which was again, great.

Great cleansing oil

Great face clearing oil.Leaves face soft and silky.No irritation.Not harsh on skin.wont dry skin.Takes all diet and makeup off.will purchase more and highly re.

Nice Cleansing Oil

My face was thoroughly cleansed with this Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil and all my makeup came off easily. I didn't have to worry about my skin being stripped or dried out after using this product. I felt my skin was clean, refreshed, and moisturized after using this product. This is a great product and I highly recommend it!

Good, but pricy

I enjoy the way this makes my skin feel, and it's effective in makeup removal, but I have used less expensive options that give me the same result, the only difference is this is easier to wash off VS others.

High Quality!

This product seems to be of high quality and great value. I like the way it made my skin feel and it had a nice scent to it. There was not enough of the sample to really tell if it made a big difference but what I did use of it I really liked. Highly recommend!

Feels like a cloud

It felt natural and smooth. It blended into my face. I actually enjoyed applying it. It was fun. I wish I had more. A lot more. Afterwards, my skin felt fresh and lively.

Smelled good

Got this sample size , but wasn’t enough product to do a proper review on . It did smell good and had a nice texture , didn’t remove makeup. Wish there more I could review !

Oil-based cleanser

Great for an oil-based cleanser! I was pleasantly surprised with its effectiveness of removing make up. I usually steer away from oil based cleansers as I break out easily, but I surprisingly didn’t with this one! I still felt the need to remove the bulk of my make up with make up wipes, but this did a great job removing the additional leftover the wipes didn’t get to.

Smooth hydrated skin

#igotitfree the sample i received was very small so it's difficult to fully review the Shu Uemera facial cleansing oil fully since I don't know the long term results. I was able to use the sample 3 times and each time my skin felt hydrated and not tight like it usually does after cleansing. It had a light, pleasant scent and didn't feel heavy on my skin. My skin still felt great, smooth and soft, the next day so the results were long lasting. It was easy to use and rinsed off well with warm water. It was not overly greasy and didn't cause any breakouts. I don't wear makeup so can't comment on the makeup removing qualities. I definitely recommend for people like me with mildly sensitive and dry skin. I would not purchase this product again because the cost is too high but the quality is good and seems to work as advertised, I'm just not comfortable paying $100 for 450ml for any cleanser. I have never used and oil cleanser before and was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful and clean my skin felt after each use. Overall it's a great oil cleaner just too expensive for me. #tryShuUemura
