Silky smooth

This skin cleansing oil was a surprise to me of how clean it left my face. Easy instructions to follow, smells wonderful, cost is ok doesn't break the bank, but it's natural. I would use it again.

Beautiful light scent and a little goes a long way!! My face feels refreshed and so smooth! Would definitely add this to my routine! If you are looking for a cleansing oil I highly recommend this one!

It worked quite well, hard to tell for long term use because it was only enough for one try. However it has a lot of potential and I’d be interested in trying it again.

I received this product for free from Butterly to review. I’d love to share my thoughts with you about Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil by Shu Uemura.

I only received a sample packet so my review is solely based on a one time use.

This product is made in Japan. Retail on Sephora.com is anywhere from $54.00-$106.00 depending on size. I gave the ingredients list a quick scan and most of the ingredients are pretty good for your skin! I would use caution if you have sensitive skin as there are perfuming ingredients. I also love the packaging because it has a luxurious look to it.

To test this, I did half of my face with my usual routine and the other half I used the cleansing oil. This product is a clear oil and feels silky smooth.

If you wear heavy makeup or waterproof makeup, this oil is AWESOME for getting it off. The half of my face where I used the oil ended up being much softer and smoother after I was finished cleansing.

Overall, I give it a 4/5 mainly because I find the price point to be a bit high. I also wasn’t a huge fan of the fragrance, but someone else might be.

How gorgeous is this cleansing oil!? The texture is smooth and glides over your skin effortlessly. The scent is completely luxurious and gives you a spa experience at home. It leaves your face feeling soft and moisturized. What an absolute beautiful product.

Easy to use

Even though I got a small sample sachet this product is easy and simple to use my makeup came off so quickly no mess so harsh smell I have sensitive skin and didn’t get any reaction would definitely recommend it to everyone

Perfect cleansing oil for deep cleanse

This cleansing oil did a great job at giving my skin a deep cleanse and easily removing dirt, makeup and sunscreen! My skin felt so soft and left no oily residue! I was worried it would make my acne worse but if anything it helped it and didn’t clog my pores! I will be incorporating this oil into my double cleanse nightly routine!

One time apply

I've received this free product #tryshuuemura #shuuemura #butterly. I really liked the smell of the oil. I applied it over my face to remove my make up , it texture was just right. I took a slightly wet wash cloth to remove the oil and voila all my makeup came off like butter. My face felt hydrated and smooth. Awesome product.

Oils can clean! Who knew?

My first time using an essential oil blend as a facial cleanser and am so pleased with the effects. Gentle on sensitive areas around the face, the oils bind to grime and nourishes my otherwise flaky dull skin, leaving it feeling silky soft and replenished. I notice a lasting glow on my face and a supple satiny feel that carries over to the next day. A bonus also is that it has an awesome scent, and just a few drops go a long way! This unique product is crafted in Japan and I love the exotic origin of the 8 naturally sourced botanical oil essences that it contains from around the world, one of which is cultivated from a volcanic island and most of which I am hearing of for the first time! I can say that I now have a piece of Japan in my very own home!
