Silky Smoothe Cleanse

This luxurious makeup cleansing oil works great to remove all of the residue from your face after a long day! There is very little scent which I enjoy and it's so gentle on the skin I had no issue using it to remove my mascara as well! It worked really well and left my skin feeling super Smoothe and cleansed. I would use this product again but would probably stick to the smaller size due to the price compared to other make up removing products I've used

Worked well

This was a sample size but I liked the few times I used it. Not sure if I would purchase again or not, perhaps if it was on sale. It worked well just not any better than my regular cleanser.

Worked great!

This cleansing oil worked so good to remove my makeup and really clean my face! I have noticed my skin feeling more smooth after using this product for bit. I would definitely buy this product in the future! The only downside I had was trying to read the bottle, I found the black writing on the brown bottle so hard to read, unless you were in the right light !

Great cleansing oil

I received a free sample from Butterly of this cleansing oil to try out. I was happy with the product, once you put it on, you can see it working right away leaving the skin softer. Very pleasant product.

Led to Breakouts

I was able to try the Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil for free. I had never heard of cleansing oil before so I was intrigued. I can certainly say that rubbing oil all over my face seems like the opposite thing I would want to do, but it did actually wash away afterwards and leave my skin feeling clean.

The Good: The scent isn't overpowering and quite pleasant. I didn't need to use moisturizer afterwards as my face did not feel dry.

The Bad: After using this for 3 days, my face started breaking out an abnormal amount. It could just be my skin, but I won't be using this (or probably any) cleansing oils in the future.

The Sachet sample came with zero instructions, so I had to Google how to use the product from their website. I did everything right, but I suppose it's just not for me.

Awesome Cleansing Oil

This cleansing oil is really good especially by removing makeup and dirt off my face. It has a light refreshing scent. Leaves my skin feeling nourished and smooth. Thank you @thisisbutterly @chickadvisor @shuuemura for letting me try this for free. #gotitfree

Shu Uemera Ultime8 ♾ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil

Absolutely love this product and found it to be a luxurious consistency, superior efficacy with removing oils and make up. Although, it was difficult to use the sachet going forward the bottle dropper idea would work ideally. I felt the scent was quite pleasant and the oil easily cleaning my skin without leaving a greasy residue. I will add this product to my list of must haves!

Cleansing Oil for My Asian Skin

I received this as a small free sample to try from Buttrly. At first I was very excited as it sounded like an Asian brand which would be the first time I was trying something of it's kind for my own Asian skin. Upon opening, I noticed that it was very liquidy and had a pleasant smell. A small amount allowed me to cover my whole face and I washed it off with warm water. It did make my skin dry up but I am unsure if continuous use will help overall or not. The sample was so small, I don't think I can get more than 2 uses out of it. The price point is quite high so this would be a luxury product I would probably not aim for unless it was a miracle product and made my skin feel amazing which it has yet to do.

Recently I received this free sample packet from @thisisbutterly to test and review Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil.

Honest Opinion
When I paired this cleansing oil with my facial pad and used as directed, I found the after feeling to not be a pleasant one as I felt as if there was a residue that remained on my face. While it surely does smell really good (thankfully I don't have any reactions with any scented products), I did like that it made my skin feel clean but I surely did not like the greasy feel that it left my skin.

This may not be a product that I will buy but I am most certain that any cleansing products that are best suited for my skin type, I surely will try their line.

Removes Makeup with ease

I enjoyed trying this sample. I used a cotton pad to wipe my makeup off and it worked really well. It left my skin oily so I did feel like I needed to wash my face after using this product. It has moisturizing Shea Butter that helps leave skin soft and smooth. I really liked the scent; I am a fan of essential oils and that’s what it smelt like to me. It did not irritate my skin. I really liked it but the normal price point is out of my budget so I most likely would not purchase.
