Beautiful cleansing oil but...

I recieved this item in exchange for my honest review. I use cleansing oil almost every night as I like how it softens my skin and removes my eye makeup and mascara. I like how it conditioned my lashes and left my skin feeling velvety soft. I did find though, that it took longer than usual to rinse off, compared to other cleansing oils I have used. I definitely had to use a second cleanse to remove what still felt like a thin layer left behind. Most oil cleansers I have used on my combination skin with light to heavy makeup, rinse completely and cleanly away. I would recommend, but the price is a drawback and I find there are comparable, if not better oil cleansers on the market at a much more affordable price.

So so good. I dont have enough words on how good this product is! Got it as a sample and i am hooked ! Definitely going to buy a bigger size. Cleanse my skin in just one swipe, not matter how much makeup i have its effortless.

Incredible cleanser

I received this Shu Uemura facial cleanser to try for free in exchange for my honest review. This was my first experience with this company and it won’t be my last. This cleanser felt so moisturizing and smelled amazing - and the best part was I only needed a tiny drop! I will definitely buy this again and will try other products from thus company.

Super soft makeup remover!

I've been struggling to find makeup remover for my sensitive skin for what feels like forever and I think I have finally found it! It gets rid of everything, even my mascara and doesn't burn my skin! In fact it is smoother than ever! Definitely could see myself getting this again!

I can’t give a clear review as the sample provided was minimal, it seemed to work similar to others, but unless I used for an extended period of time, I can’t give a true review of the ongoing effects it may or may not have on my skin.

Amazing!

I was skeptical at first because usually cleansing oil will leave an oil residue and cause milia around my eyes but this does not. I love that it is not only moisturizing but it cleans all the waterproof makeup easily. Highly recommended this cleansing oil.

Left my skin feeling too oily

I was looking forward to trying something new on my face for my dry spots. First I had to google directions as they weren’t included with my #freesample from#ChickAdvisor. I tried this for 4 days and my skin felt more oily after every use. I used it before bed for 2 days and the last 2 days I tried it in the shower thinking I didn’t properly rinse off the other 2 times. My dry patches weren’t as dry, but it was more like they had an oily film over them. After the 4 days, I decided that it wasn’t right for me. But on the bright side, it was very easy to use and the scent is not very strong. So feel free to #tryShuUemura if you have slightly dry skin

My skin doesn’t do well with oil

Although this oil feels great on the skin and has a nice light scent, my skin unfortunately doesn’t do well with oil and this was no exception. I had a breakout a day after applying. It does clean your skin really well and removes all makeup and dirt easily.

I would recommend it to others who have dry skin or can handle oil well. I am sure it works fantastic for many others.

Seems good but...

I received a small sachet of this product which gave me approximately two uses. The oil felt luxurious but due to the size I was not able to tell whether the product gave me any benefits

Clean and mosturized

After trying to sample, I was happy to see that my skin felt clean, not greasy, yet moisturized. It also helped brighten my skin and it smelled wonderful. I may purchase if I can find it in stores.
