Nice Cleansing Oil

I’m not really into the whole double cleanse or cleansing oils but, this one did a great job removing all my makeup including mascara. This is not irritate my very sensitive skin despite having fragrance, but it did sting my eyes which is soemthing I don’t like in a cleansing product for the face. My skin felt very hydrated and clean after removal and my skin was silky smooth. Overall a nice cleansing oil.

Nice but pricey

I got a small sample of this product to test, courtesy of butterly and Shu Umera. It is a nice cleansing oil that removed my water resistant sunscreen and makeup effectively. It melted all the makeup and dirt away and then I double cleansed with a foaming cleanser and my face was squeaky clean. But It did not felt dry at all.

Skin has never felt so flawless!

This luscious cleansing oil turned my dull, drab skin into flawless, silkiness. The scent is amazing - fresh and clean. I have semi sensitive skin and this product did not irritate it.

Good cleanser

I received this free Product from butterly to test it. It cleans very well and let my skin verry soft but not oily. I appreciated it. It's a good basic Product to have.

Soothing but ineffective for me

I have had the opportunity to test this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I was hesitant about using an oil to remove makeup but intrigued so I wanted to try. I did like how soothing the oil felt and the fragrance was mild and pleasant. However I do have acne prone skin and the idea of using an oil regularly on my face makes me concerned that breakouts may occur. I also did not find it removed my eye makeup as effectively as my usual micellar water. I felt I needed to wipe my eyes too many times that the skin felt slightly sore. So though the oil is soothing, it required more application to get the makeup off. I don't tend to wear a heavy amount of makeup so considering I had trouble removing my minimal makeup, I'm doubtful it would be effective for people who wear more makeup than I do. I would not personally recommend this product.

Great Cleansing Oil

I instantly fell in love with this cleansing oil and it makes the perfect addition to my double cleansing routine. It removes make up and dirt well and leaves the skin amazingly smooth. It has a fairly strong floral scent that smells great and dissapears after rinsing/double cleansing.

Its just okay...

I recieved this product as a #freesample from Butterly. It definitely does its job and removed all the makeup and dirt off my skin, however my only complaint is that it is heavy and super greasy feeling. I do not feel that it is lightweight. In addition, I believe they can improve their packaging to make the product appear more appealing. However, I do like the scent of this product. I would recommend it for others to try but I found it doesnt work the best for me.

Sample too small to understand the effectiveness

The sample was too small to be able to understand how it’ll work with my skin in the long term, to be honest. Overall is okay, loved the smell and jelly texture, no stiff skin feeling after, but cannot know how my skin will react if used all the time, or with more makeup on, waterproof products on etc

Double cleanse be gone

First we must talk about the scent. This has a very light refreshing lemongrass scent. I love the scent so much. I normally double cleanse but with this you don't need to. I like to take it in the shower where I put the product on my hands, rub it all over face including eye area and then add some water to my hands to emulsify it, rinse, pat dry. Voila, beautifully cleansed and nourished skin. This is a definite must to add to your skin care routine.

Average Oil with Above Average Price

Perhaps I would be more impressed if I was wearing makeup and it removed it all easily, but I was not. It smells light and fresh which I appreciate (I don’t like Unscented products) and it felt okay. I’ve had other products that feel nicer. Unfortunately I can’t comment on how it affects my skin long term, as I just had a sample pack. Beware, it’s quite runny and not thick like others.
