Review of my small sample

I received this product for an honest review. When I applied and then was informed I would be receiving this product to review I thought it was a full size. Instead it was a sachet size. Not even enough for one application. It’s hard to give an honest review after one try. However, from my one try of using the sample I was quite pleased. It did not feel greasy, sticky or heavy on my skin. It has a very light scent.

Not blown away….

I received a sample satchel to try in return for my honest opinion. Firstly, I see some reviewers received a generous bottle, this was not my experience. I received a tiny sample which barely covered 2 uses. So I’m not sure how to give a fair review. I will say the product felt nice; however this did not remove all my makeup. As a second cleanse it certainly worked better. It’s a nice product but for the retail price, I think you can do better.

Nice product

I received this product to test out from #butterly for free. I received a super small sample to test this product out. It is very affective in taking makeup off easily. I like that it doesnt have a strong smell and it works great.

This cleansing oil does not disappoint

I have always wanted to try this cleansing oil and after having received it #freetotry from Butterly, I was finally able to. It did not disappoint. I am a big fan of cleansing oils and I will happily add this one to my regimen. It has a light, barely noticeable scent, and a light texture that emulsifies well and washes away without a trace but leaving behind soft, cleansed skin. If you are a fan of cleansing oil this is definitely one to try. #ShuUemura

Luxury in a bottle

Wow. This cleaning oil is nice.
Using oils to clean your face is different from the norm but well worth a try. It’s great at removing makeup and left my skin feeling clean and smooth. Also, it smells incredible.

Let Your Skins Inner Beauty Shine Through!

As someone with drier skin I was excited to try this product and it did not disappoint! I loved how easy it was to apply, the smell was amazing, and a little goes a long way! And as a mom of 3 I am terrible for not washing off all my makeup before bed (especially mascara, oh I know it’s awful for your skin so don’t come at me haha) and it was great to remove those pesky raccoon eyes! It kept my skin glowing for hours and really seemed to hydrate my skin and worked well with my moisturizer/ spf facial cream.

I love my silky skin

This is my first time using cleansing oil, and I don’t think I’m coming back to any other kind of cleansing product. At first I was worried —because I have oily skin during the summer— and adding more oil didn’t sound like a good idea, but I tried it and I’m so glad I did. The Shu Uemura Ultime8 is a gem in so many ways, with a small amount I’m able to remove all the makeup from my eyes, even my waterproof mascara, without that horrible “scrubbing” sensation that I felt using cotton! It’s incredible how nourished and hydrated my skin feels during the day with or without makeup. Now, the Ultime8 cleansing is part of my nightly skincare routine even when I am not wearing makeup. After a while I was able to see awesome changes on my skin and with a really nice natural glow that I thought I was never going to be able to have on my 40’s.

Great quality and feel

Minimal product needed to do the job. Removes makeup easily (including my waterproof eyeliner). Great smell, reminds me of my time in Japan. It does leave an oily residue if that’s not something you want.

Amazing!

This was my first time using a cleansing oil. It was so soft and gentle on the skin, and like a magnet pulling the dirt and make up off. It left my skin looking really refreshed without any irritation. I will definitely be purchasing this product.

Shu Uemura Ultime 8 Oil

I received a complimentary sample of Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil for testing purposes only. I really liked this product. The scent is nice and my face was left smooth. My face also felt refreshed after just one use. You will see results with just one use. I do recommend giving this product a try.
