Thank you for the sample! I like the smell and how effective the oil is in removing make up, I feel like it helps to cleanse my face. However, I am not a big fan of oil based makeup remover as my face is oily.

Soft and clean!

I recieved a sample of this cleansing oil to try earlier this week. I have dry skin so I was looking for something hydrating but would also make my skin feel clean. This cleaner did the job. It made me skin feel super soft and my skin did not feel stripped after cleaning. It's a nice alternative to my regular cleanser.

Easy to use

Even though I got a small sample sachet this product is easy and simple to use my makeup came off so quickly no mess so harsh smell I have sensitive skin and didn’t get any reaction would definitely recommend it to everyone

Perfect cleansing oil for deep cleanse

This cleansing oil did a great job at giving my skin a deep cleanse and easily removing dirt, makeup and sunscreen! My skin felt so soft and left no oily residue! I was worried it would make my acne worse but if anything it helped it and didn’t clog my pores! I will be incorporating this oil into my double cleanse nightly routine!

Cleansing oil

I received this cleansing oil free from butterly on exchange for my opinion on product. I used this product to cleanse my face and found that it really didn’t do anything my face still had makeup on and didn’t feel clean at all afterwards wouldn’t recommend very disappointed in this product and I wouldn’t buy it.

Good product

I have already heard about this brand but never have a chance to try it. I got a small sample today as a trial. The product itself is good but the sample size is very small. I can only remove my eye make up.

Interesting product that quickly removes make-up

As I was not familiar with Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil, I was disappointed that there were no instructions on the sample packet. I was not sure if I was to wash the oil off afterwards or not -- it seemed repetitive to wash a cleanser off, but after using I did feel the need to clean the oil off.

The oil was very runny, which caused some mess. Not sure if this was amplified because of the sample packet (maybe the full-size container would have a more controlled pour). The product rubs onto the face easy, with no issues. I used a make-up removal wipe afterwards to remove excess oil, and found no trace of make-up, so it seems the Shu Uemura cleansing oil did its job. My skin did feel more supple, so I feel this product helped with dryness.

I'm not sure if I would use this product again. Perhaps I used too much product, but I found there to be too much oily residue left, so felt the need to wipe it off, which almost felt like double cleansing.

One time apply

I've received this free product #tryshuuemura #shuuemura #butterly. I really liked the smell of the oil. I applied it over my face to remove my make up , it texture was just right. I took a slightly wet wash cloth to remove the oil and voila all my makeup came off like butter. My face felt hydrated and smooth. Awesome product.

Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil is absolutely an amazing product. The bottle is alittle hard to read, and there was no instructions on how to use it, but after further investigation it was actually very simple. I placed a few drops into my hands, gently rubbed the oil onto my face, and rinsed it off thoroughly. It took my makeup off within seconds, and left my skin feeling so soft. I also really liked the floral smell it left behind. I would recommend this product.
