Oils can clean! Who knew?

My first time using an essential oil blend as a facial cleanser and am so pleased with the effects. Gentle on sensitive areas around the face, the oils bind to grime and nourishes my otherwise flaky dull skin, leaving it feeling silky soft and replenished. I notice a lasting glow on my face and a supple satiny feel that carries over to the next day. A bonus also is that it has an awesome scent, and just a few drops go a long way! This unique product is crafted in Japan and I love the exotic origin of the 8 naturally sourced botanical oil essences that it contains from around the world, one of which is cultivated from a volcanic island and most of which I am hearing of for the first time! I can say that I now have a piece of Japan in my very own home!

My skin loves it!

I really enjoy thus sample. The cleansing oil had a wonder calming and relaxing scent. The oil lathered very nicely. Overall this cleansing oil left my skin soft, very clean, and smelling wonderful. It give me a wonderful natural glow.

Excellent first cleanse

I loved this! Slightly scented, but not enough that it irritated my skin. Took off most of my makeup, when followed up with a second cleanse it was absolutely perfect. Didn’t dry out my skin at all.

Not a fan

I thought I would really like this, it’s something different but it wasn’t for me. I didn’t like how it felt when applied. Just wasn’t for me unfortunately.

It works really great as a cleansing oil. The oil is really lightweight and slides off my hand within 20 seconds. It also have a pleasant smell.

Extremely soft skin after

I've always wanted to try oil cleansers but I was reluctant to try as I have acne prone skin. However, I was pleasantly by this oil cleanser! Not only did it effectively take off my sunscreen but my skin felt very soft and moisturized afterwards. There was a slight scent that I personally did not really like but it was subtle enough that I could over look it.

Awesome Cleanser

Great product for removing makeup, not very harsh and leaves skin soft. I have oily skin and this didn’t feel overly oily at all. A great purchase for high end remover.

LOVE this product~!!!

I LOVE this Shu Uemura Ultime8 Cleansing Oil because it works very well on my dry skin. I could actually feel its hydrated and nourished while removing all makeup.
I also like the texture of this product, I could feel its richest ingredients and benefits while using it, and I like its super effective in removing all traces of face and eyes makeup so to leave my skin feeling plump and softness after used.
To be honest, I'm not a big fan of luxury skincare but this product will going to be replaced the brand that I'm now using as my regrlar part of my daily skincare routine.

Leaves skin so soft

I wasn't sure what to expect when i received this product. I had never heard of Shu Uemura Ultime8. My first impressions after opening the product was that the fragrance was light which is very good for someone like me who is affected by strong fragrances. After trying the product, it left my skin feeling very moistured and smooth. I kept running my finger down my cheek because it was so smooth. I just couldn't believe it made such a difference. 10/10 would buy this product!

perfect makeup remover

This cleansing oil is perfect for my double cleanse routine, it completely removes all my skincare and makeup from the day without making my skin feel dry or "squeaky" clean after. It doesn't leave any residue and has a nice scent!
