Luxurious and rich cleansing oil!

I am loving Shu Uemura's Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil! First thing I noticed is its heavenly scent. I love the scent and its calming effect on me. It has a rich consistency and a drop goes a long way. It feels luxurious to the skin and does an awesome job of removing makeup and leaves the skin feeling soft and nourished. This is definitely going to be a staple in my skincare routine.

Soothing and hydrating

While this is soothing and hydrating, it’s too much oil for me. Got it a sample size and used it a few times. Does a good job removing my makeup. It’s light scented as well.

Not for me

I really didn’t like this. It didn’t make my skin feel clean and it left my skin really greasy. I will not purchase as I didn’t feel like it was very effective and cleansing my skin. The scent was nice though

Leaves skin feeling soft

The Shu Uemura cleansing oil leaves your skin feeling so soft. I used my sample for a couple days and love the result. It’s a bit different than other cleansers as it is an oil based one, so this takes a bit of getting used to. It also does not lather.

Can't tell anything about it after one use

This might be a decent product, it might not. One use isn't enough to determine whether it plays nice with my skin. It is a cleanser, I'll give it that. Average in performance, I suppose.

Great for Dry Skin

I love using oil cleansers for double cleansing because they take off the sunscreen on my skin and leave it feeling very soft. I look forward to using this cleanser in the winter months for some additional moisture.

Great Product!

Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil works great. It left my skin soft and smooth and it did not leave my skin feeling oily or greasy. Easy product to use.

Luxury Cleanser

This cleanser has a rich, non-greasy feeling. It easily absorbed into my skin. I really enjoy the delicate fragrance that it has. I found that it leaves the face feeling smooth and fully moisturized until the morning.

Wonderful Indulgence

I was excited to receive and review the Ultime 8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil from Shu Uemura. It is definitely a higher-end product that I am used to using, but the results are indisputable. Right from the first moment, using the Shu Uemura oil gives you a feeling of experiencing a supreme indulgence. I have sensitive skin, so I am always weary of new products, but this was well worth it. The oil itself is light, and it leaves my skin feeling clean and supple. The Japanese camellia oil scent as well is extremely soothing. After using this product my skin feels clean, calm, and refreshed, and my senses are engulfed in the light, clean smell of camellia flower. With such a high price mark for the product, it isn't for everyday use, but it is absolutely worth it as a treat to yourself.

I thought my face was clean until.....

Wow... I used a cleanser, then a toner, then decided to use the cleansing oil. I can't believe the 'invisible' gunk that was still on my face! So soft, smells great, works amazingly!
