Shu Uemura Review

This cleansing oil worked quite well for me. It has a scent that isn’t overpowering but there is a scent. I do wish it was fragrance free so people with sensitive skin can try it. I used this to take off my makeup and it worked well for everything.

Feels good

I got the sample Sachet to try from #Butterly. While it is a nice texture does have a nice smell seems effective at removing all makeup and like greasing sweat from my face for the day. Because it is only a tiny sample and not a full-size product to test for a long enough time I don’t know if I can honestly say I see any benefits of the ingredients as I can’t use this long term unless I purchase it. I am intrigued so I might waive the option of purchasing it but it is again a little bit more of a pricier item that I don’t know if I want to spend my money on without being able to properly test it for a longer period of time in order to invest my money.

Good for dry skin

I received a sample of 4ml. It's not enough to use for a week so see the result. However, It's a nice product if u have dry skin. I like the smell and texture.

Shu Uemura Sublime Cleansing Oil is Amazing!

I received the Shu Uemura Sublime Cleansing Oil via ChickAdvisor and Butterly. I was so thrilled to be chosen as I really am in searching for a good facial cleanser for my combo skin. I received the 50ml bottle and tried it in my nightly skincare routine. I used a couple of drops, rubbed them on my face and then emulsified using water. I did have to go on the Sephora website to see how to use it as it was nearly impossible to read the packaging. The next morning my skin looked noticeably less red and less irritated. It does not have a strong scent or fragrance which I liked. I am going to keep using this regularly and I am hoping the results keep up! Overall I would recommend this to my friends, especially those with combination skin like me #tryShuUemura

Luxurious Cleansing Oil

I got a free sample of this product and I am now hooked! I found that this oil has a thicker texture to it, so it comes out in slow drops and is easy to control how much you’re using. I used this product in the evenings and I am amazed with how quickly it removed all of my makeup! It felt very light while applying and when it came time to rinse it off, I was surprised that it didn't leave a greasy feeling being an oil cleanser!

I was a little worried about using an oil cleanser since I have oily to combination skin. But, after trying it out, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go back!

After only one week of use, I can already see visible results within the appearance of my skin! My skin is smoother, fresher and more hydrated. I find my face is left feeling so moisturized and my pores seem to be less visible. Every night that I used this product, I never got that feeling of dry or stiffness in my face after washing it off which I absolutely loved. Also, as an added bonus, it has a nice fragrance that’s not too over powering.

I consider that this is a product that does not need a couple of days to see results but should be better to receive a bigger sample size. I love the fragrance and the texture of the product, and also the feeling of the product on the skin was amazing. This product cleans the skin very well leaving a fresh feeling and ready for the moistened.

Luxurious.....

I received this product from @thisisbutterly for free and for my honest review. This is a nice product that feels great in my hands and even better on my face. It has a light citrusy fragrance and does a fabulous job removing my heavily made up face at the end of the day. Would have liked a little more foaming action, but overall a decent product! Not for me

So first things first this is cleansing oil and I have never used one before so maybe I'm using it not quite right. I used this oil for about a week to replace my normal cleanser and I wasn't done of the results. First off the smell is a bit off putting for me it doesn't have a clean smell. I found that my skin hyperpigmentation got worse and I broke out with white heads something that I do struggle with but this seemed to highten it. I'm sure this is a good cleanser but it just didn't work for my skin.

So soft

This product smells pretty nice. It goes on smooth and feels good on your face and your hands. It leaves your skin feeling smooth and soft and nourished.
