Lightweight sublime facial oil

If you weren’t aware facial oil cleansers are definitely a game changer. I was lucky enough to get choosen to test and review this @shuuemura sublime beauty cleansing oil thanks to @chickadvisor. I love the lightweight feeling of application, the lovely natural scents of the oils, it’s ability to remove all makeup leaving no residue. My skin was left glowing though it did not feel to dry or moisturized, just perfectly prepped for my evening skin regime ( serum, eye cream and moisturizer). I used 2 or so drops, massaged into my skin for a minute then rinsed with luke warm water, this product you definitely only need to use a small amount. This product is definitely a luxury brand though it comes in a few sizes so if you’re wanting to try but find the price expensive I would suggest purchasing the smaller size as I feel it could last you a while. #gotitfree #tryshuuemura #alittlegoesalongway #skincare #cleanser #facialoil

Did Not Like

I don't normally use cleansing oil, and I think this is why. It's just too oily for me. I never felt like I got a good rinse after using it. I had to re-wash with my normal wash to get the oil off. I did not love it at all.

It good not great

It definitely did remove most of my make up but it didnt remove all of it. I have used other cleansing oils and they are more effective. For the price, its performance is average. Also, i would have loved if the sample was a little bigger as this review is based on just one use. I would like to use it a few more times to come to a conclusion if i like it or not. As of now im on the edge. It didnt leave my skin feeling greasy or dry, so thats a plus.

Amazing

I received this product as a sample promotion. The first time I tried it i fell in love. Its very easy to use, left my skin feeling like a newborns. Was everything i expected and more.

To try again for effectiveness

I got a bit size sample and the one time use gave satisfactory results. However will need to try with different make up levels and types. Overall satisfied

A two in one cleansing that leaves my skin sublime

I received a sample of Shu Uemura Ultime8 cleansing oil as part of #thisisbutterly #tryShuUemura mission to give a feedback and honest review. I have to admit, I am positively surprised of the results. It took away my waterproof eye and face makeup without any effort and left my skin super clean and feeling so soft. I does not leave any oily residues. I found that a small amount goes a long way using finger tips in a circular motion adding a little bit of water during the process. Then rinsing well with water was all it took to have a soft and fully clean face. The smell is amazing and adds pleasure to the experience. I have a mixed complexion with oily spots and dry patchs and there were no issues and no breakouts. I will add it to my routine as a simpler and faster way to take care of my skin, because I deserve the best!

Luxurious experience!

I loved using this first step in my cleansing routine! It's not a solid remover like others and it just dissolves make up easily. It leaves my skin ready for the next step in my skincare routine!

Best cleansing oil.

I tried this first to remove only eye makeup and found it to be pleasantly gentle. My eyes didn't get irritated at all by the cleanser, and a little bit goes a long way. I only applied a couple of drops to remove eye makeup and it appeared to just melt off. After cleansing my entire face, my skin felt plump and soft, and it only required a few drops. It spreads smoothly; the texture is nice; although I usually prefer scent-free, the scent isn't too strong; and it's very effective!
