love it

Absolutely love this product. The quality is great, It removes my heavy makeup easily without scrubbing my face. Shu Uemura is one of the well-known brand in Japan. You can trust and I also recommend this product.

Not bad

The sample was very tiny! But the small bit I did get was very nourishing, I washed my face and then put on this oil. I didn't break out which is a huge plus! Very happy

I got this complimentary to give my honest review. I've used shu uemura's other cleansing oil and have always loved it. I was excited to try this one. Personally for me it kinda is the same to their other oils. But it could also be because it was only a sample size and you can only try it once, so it's hard to really give it the best review possible. It does removes my light makeup well, even my mascara. My skin feels clean. Not sure how it would do with a full face of makeup and waterproof mascara.

Great for double cleansing!

I’m almost ashamed to admit that I had never tried double cleansing until I received a complimentary sample of Shu Uemura Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil. I have dry skin and I worried that cleansing twice would make it drier. Instead, using this cleansing oil followed by my usual foaming cleanser has left my skin cleaner and more hydrated. The oil is surprisingly light in color — almost clear. It has barely any scent aside from a slight botanical freshness. It emulsifies with water to create a slight milkiness. It does leave my face and hands feeling a little bit oily, but following up with my foam cleanser takes care of that sensation without sacrificing the hydrating benefits. I can even feel the foam gliding on more smoothly after applying the cleansing oil, too!

I loved trying this. It is great only thing I wish it was bigger to get more than one use out of of it... . .. other than that it feels great on your skin.

Works well but Fragrance

This worked really well and takes off makeup very easily. I would just recommend using a cleanser afterwards since it is an oil. The only thing that I really did not care for was the fragrance. It is a little floral perfumey, and I was not crazy about that aspect of the product, other than that performance is really good!

Great Product

I enjoyed using the product, and it worked as described. My only criticism is that it's not very new or different, and I would still buy my current brand considering the price.

I love this so much, I never tried it before until now. I will now be purchasing this. He leaves your skin smooth and flawless looking, along with hydrating your skin. I feel like a new person after using

Luxury

It feels like luxury. It removed makeup well. I washed my face and reapplied. I don't know if that is okay but it definitely feels good. It's very moisturizing. It doesn't dry heavy or oily. I would completely use this as body oil, too. My skin is soft and has a healthy sheen without feeling oily.

Nice cleanse

I was pleased with the overall cleanse that this product provided my skin. It was easy to use and rinsed away easily. It left my skin feeling very soft and hydrated.
