Effective but oily

This oil is mild and does not irritate the skin. The oil glides on the skin effortlessly taking off all makeup. The oil is incredibly oily and requires a the use of a second cleansing product to get the oil feeling off the skin. I found that it also made the oils in my T-zone return quicker than they usually do.

Effective Cleansing Oil

I received a sample of this product to try for free. I normally prefer balm cleansers as my first step so I was pleasantly surprised by this liquid oil cleanser. I only needed a little amount to cleanse my face and neck. It's not too heavy and worked effectively to remove my full face of makeup. It didn't leave a greasy film, dry out, or make my skin break out / produce more oil after. I have combo/ dehydrated/ acne prone skin so it was nice to see that this worked well for me. There is a scent but it's not too strong if you are sensitive to that. Overall, I liked this product and would consider purchasing it if I wanted to treat myself as it is on the pricier side.

Nice cleansing oil

I am happy with the result this cleansing oil has on my skin. It effectively removes my makeup without making my skin dry. My face feels soft and smooth afterwards. It’s suitable for all skin types.

Works pretty good

I liked the how it made my skin feel after I washed it. It also has a nice scent to it. It worked well for removing makeup off my face. My skin didn’t feel dry or tight which I absolutely loved!

Must buy!!

This is a must have product!! I received a very small sample but even drops of oil was sufficient to take off very heavy makeup and left my skin feeling hydrated!! Plus it smells lovely!!

Mild and gentle beauty cleansing oil !!

I tried Shu Uemura Ultime8 Beauty Cleansing Oil for two weeks to see what the hype was all about . The beauty cleansing oil is a blend of eight precious oils.It is a best seller as it is mild and doesn’t irritate the skin, a high quality product with a spa like scent that smells like luxury. I had to read the directions from the website as it was not very clear on the bottle but that was easy to do in order to use the product effectively. I put a few drops on palm and used the tips of my fingers to massage the oil into my skin , then added a few drops off water until it turned milky and washed it thoroughly to clean my waterproof make up . I liked how it glided on my skin easily taking off all my make up.I dint like the texture on my eye area though as it felt oily until washed . I felt it was really mild compared to my other cleansing products and leaves skin feeling soft.

It was not the product for me

The first couple of days, this product was ok, but it was not for my skin, I ended up getting really oily skin from it. I am sure for someone that maybe has a bit drier skin, it would work really well, but it did not work for me.

Great cleansing oil

I love how lightweight and non greasy this feels on my skin. Did an amazing job of getting all of my makeup off of my face. Would definitely repurchase!

Great Cleansing Oil

Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil feels great on skin and has a wonderful texture. My skin feels clean and not dry. I also appreciated that it is not greasy and doesn't have a strong scent.

I received this sample #free from #Butterly in exchange for my honest review. When I first received this sample I was skeptic of if it actually going to work. Once I did I was very pleased with the result. Does not leave an oily residue on my skin, smells pleasant, not too strong, and it feels like it thoroughly cleanses my skin. Will definitely recommend!
