An amazing gentle facial cleanser!

I am really loving this Shu Uemura Ultime8 Cleansing oil!
Let me start by saying it may be an oil but it is NOT oily whatsoever on your face. I squirt a small amount in my wet hands and rub them together creating a very light soap and wipe it all over my face & neck. It only creates a small amount of soap which is perfect! Very easy to wash off as well.
I wear a lot of makeup and this gently removes any dirt, impurities and my makeup from the day. Afterwards my skin feel super soft and clean. It does not make your skin dry either!!
I honestly even have been seeing an improvement in my skin.. It looks brighter & radiant, my regular red blotchiness is vanishing!!
I highly recommend this product to everyone. Worth every cent! :)

AMAZING

This is a very premium product. It feels really nice on the skin and it removed all my makeup even waterproof makeup. I highly recommend it for anyone who uses makeup.

I love this Cleansing Oil!

Shu Uemura's Cleansing Oil is such a unique product (for me) since I'm not used to using oils to clean my face.
First thing that really amazed me was how it was able to remove my makeup! The product is runny (compared to the cleansers from tubes) and this makes the product clean much better than my usual cleansers. The oil can reach hard to reach areas in the eyes and the sides of the nose.
Secondly after massaging my face with water and rinsing thoroughly, my face does not feel greasy at all! My skin feels so light and smooth.
Lastly, there is a very light scent that makes my face (and hands) feel refreshed!

Not sure about cleansing with oil

I received a free sample of Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil and tried it out later that week. While the product smelled wonderful qand went on nice it did not take off my waterproof mascara. I don't think this small sample really allowed me to give an accurate review as I would like to know how my skin would react over time. My skin is quite oily so I .curious what would happen with continued use.

Alright I spose

Leaves a refreshing feeling on your skin after wards,but not not something.i would pay top dollar for in a store or anything like that; Definitely did not have my negative side effects when trying this,but nothing to write home about either.

Nice oil cleanser

This is a nice oil cleanser based on my first impression as I only received a foil sample.
It's a nice oil thats not too runny and has a really nice light plant scent to it with faint citrus notes. It was quite enjoyable to massage into my skin and emulsified quite well with water. I feel like it did remove the sunscreen off of my skin without stripping it. However. I have to say, this is only a first impression so I cannot say I really like it and that it's worth 5 stars. But I can see the appeal of the cleansing oil and why it's so popular.

Definitely doesn't dry out skin!

This product has a nice scent and it's easy to use. Add a bit to your fingertips and apply to a slightly wet face. It definitely doesn't dry out my skin - unlike some other facial cleansers. I'd probably prefer to use this in the winter time as opposed to summer whne it's already so hot and sticky. As this was just a small sample, I cannot confirm what the long term benefits are.

Not for me

This product is currently not for me. I personally think the scent is a little overpowering. Also when I washed it off my face it was still alittle oily. I would definitely try this again when my skin is dry.

Feeling Clean

A product that I will probably look into further as I was happy with the test results. I will compare this product further with product I already use on occasion.

Good for removing sunscreen

I had two layers of sunscreen on my face and the oil effectively removed it.

I’m just not sure if all the cleanser washed away after rinsing. My face feels nice and moist after cleansing though and the fragrance was light.
