Loved it!

Loved this product! I thought this would leave my skin feeling oily but it just felt very soft after using. I also loved the light scent and no sticky residue after using! #tryShuUemura

Luxurious and plump skin

I've tried a different Shu Uemura cleansing oil before (Porefinist) and this one felt ultra luxurious. I have oily skin and cleaned my skin very well. It let my skin feeling very hydrated and smooth. I live where the the weather is dry so this really helped with not drying me out yet keeping my skin plump.

Love the Texture

This is one of my favourite cleansing oils. It’s the first one I tried and I always go back to it. The one downfall is the price. A little goes a long way though so that’s a bonus. My favourite part is feeling my make-up break down when the oil goes on dry and then when I add water it emulsifies beautifully so my skin feels clean and soft. I usually use it as the first step of a double cleanse just because of my skin type but I don’t think you would need to. It just depends of what you personal skin needs are.

Baby Smooth Skin

This beauty cleansing oil is a dream. The smell is pleasant without being overpowering. It is very easy to use. Unlike other oils this one does not feel heavy on the skin. Not only did my face feel super clean but it was super soft after just one use.

Shu Uemura

I loved the feel of this cleanser, also the look of my skin after...wonderful!!! Skin feels very soft as well. Wonderful product and wholeheartedly recommend.

Tiny sample, the one use worked

This was a tiny sample and I only had enough to use it once. When I used it it left my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I can't speak to improvements to my skin over time because I only had enough for one use.

Was Just OK

I personally did not like the feeling of it on my skin and really did not feel a noticeable difference after using it. There was very little smell and if felt quite oily going on.

Nice feeling facial oil

The trail package was so small I could only do a couple applications. I was expecting a larger bottle. From what I felt , it was a silky smooth oil , felt nice on the skin.

Luxurious makeup removing experience

I am a huge fan of the Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil from Shu Uemura. It smells absolutely divine and it is a truly luxurious experience when you use it. I usually use cleansing balms when removing my makeup so I wasn't sure how well this was going to work compared to those. I was surprised by how how well it removed every trace of my full face of makeup. It even made every last bit of my waterproof mascara disappear, the more expensive cleansing balms rarely even do that. I really love how this cleansing oil doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight. It actually leaves it feeling nourished and hydrated. I definitely think that my skin looks better after using this as my sole makeup remover for two weeks. It looks healthier and feels softer and more balanced. I will be using this as my go to makeup removing cleanser from now on and would recommend it to anyone looking for an effective cleansing oil that leaves your skin looking and feeling amazing.

Allergic Reaction

When I used the product the other night, it made my skin feel so nice, hydrated, soft. It felt wonderful !!
Unfortunately when I woke up the next morning, my face had a full on rash, burning and itching. It has been 3 days now and the rash is just subsiding. I am disappointed as I've never had an allergic reaction before, however it sure did feel nice the night I used it.. Perhpas it is fine for someone else, sadly not me though
