This cheese can last a really long time. It is easy to grate. Perfect to add to the top of pasta sauce. Has a nice nutty, parmesan flavour. It was inexpensive compared to other parmesan, but does a nice job adding flavour to any dish.

Very disappointed with this cheese. Flavorless. I would not have known that this was parmesan if I did not see the label.
