This product works well, unfortunately I just can't sleep with something in my mouth, even after trimming, but that's hardly the company's fault! The instructions are clear, but not so easy to follow if you don't have a thermometer, but I found some great tutorials on Youtube that really helped me along. It's also hand that they send two! I would recommend this to anyone who grinds their teeth at night and is looking for a cost effective solution, however if you're a light, uncomfortable sleeper like me, this might not be your ideal solution.

I've had problems with clenching in my sleep all my life, and get serious headaches because of it. I used to have one made by the dentist, but it was misplaced for a couple months and by the time I found it, my teeth had shifted too much and it was uncomfortable to wear. Unfortunately I don't work in the dental industry and my insurance wouldn't cover it, so another dentist made one was out of the picture. All that leads me to the Dental Protector by Silent Angel. Instructions are easy to understand, but they are a little daunting. You definitely have to pay attention to what you are doing and follow the directions exactly. But this is the case for most non-dentist made mouth guards. It came out pretty well, molded to my teeth quickly and easily. I use it nightly and it definitely helps relieve the pressure from my clenching. The only reason I took off one star is I thought it was rather big or bulky for my mouth. I had to do a lot of trimming to make it comfortable, and it still took a little getting used to. Overall a very product I would recommend in place of a expensive professional one you would get a the dentist. I received this product for free or a discount for my honest and unbiased opinion.
