Wasn't impressed
My mom got me a set of those when I moved out, it worked ok for like bread cause the dough is less liquid but I could not for the life of me do poopy and lemon loaf or banana loafs. As soon as it was batter instead of dough it would just cave in once in the oven you would think it was fine and halfway through it would fall. Ended up buying a metal one and using the silicone as a liner in it and that worked great but I would not have paid money for it.
I actually won this in a gift basket. I thought silicone would really be a great thing. I wasn't too impressed. I had issue with the dough sticking to it. It was frustrating, it took gouges out of my loaf. I have never used it again, went back to my Wilton metal pan.
I love this pan! Mine is blue. I love baking with silicone. I little flimsy when you first put it in the oven but fills out nicely. Does a great job with your baking tho. Whether its muffins or cakes silicone is the best to bake with. I highly recommend this loaf pan a very great invention..
It's suppose to be none sticking but it is horrible !!! my cakes are always ruined because they stick , I've tried greasing it before using it and it sticks also some of the pans are really hard to clean ( in the corners or if the pan has designs) I ended up giving them to someone and buying metal pans instead.
