Silk Elements Megasilk NON-Moisturizing Treatment

This product was very dissapointing, I have never used Silk Elements before and was hoping to get a product that would provide extreme moisture to my dry hair. I have natural hair that requires a ton of moisture. While the treatment smelled lovley, this conditioner totally stripped the moisture from my hair and left it feeling hollow and dry. I would not use this again. :(

I had been to have my hair done, and after I got home I realized it was fried!! (I won't go into my later converstion with my stylist!!) Anywaaaay, I drove over to Sally's Beauty Supply to see what they had to rescue my hair.
Silk Elements is actually a product line meant for "women of color", but after reading the package, I decided to give it a try. Well, it worked even better than I expected! It brought back the shine to my poor stripped hair after just one use. It's also available in a 16 oz jar, so the next day I was back at Sally's stocking up. The 16 oz jar was $10.99.
After 3 uses my hair was as good as new!
I would only recommend this product for extremely dry and damaged hair, but it sure did restore the shine and managability to my over processed tresses! I highly recommend it for damaged hair.
