Totally darkens the room so I can nap in the dark middle of

The brand name is Silk Moon and is sold by QE Homes. Formally Quilts Etc. It's a Canadian store. You can only purchase their items in Canada as of now. It has an elastic back which helps it stay on. It's breathable material so my face doesn't sweat. It totally blocks out all light in the room or from window. It has alot of good features being made from silk for my skin. Which is keeping my face hydrated and locking in moisture from a cotton pillowcase. It helps with anti-aging because it creates a barrier between the skin around eyes and my sheets and blankets. It helps with not getting creases in my skin from sleeping which leads to fine lines and wrinkles. It is also great for my REM sleep. But after I have been doing a little more research and product knowledge I have found some negative information. It can lead to tension headaches from being constricted, cause dry eyes from dust getting trapped. It can cause blurred vision from the dry eyes. Over time it could cause lashes to thin out and shorten. So I'm unsure about how much I use it going forward. Maybe just day time quick naps?! But until I read that I was very happy with it.
