switched to this cause i cant drink milk and this stuff is so good, it doesnt last long in my house .

Very tasty and low in calories! It is a great substitute for milk and works wonderfully in place of it when baking.
The price is a little steep if you want to compare it to regular milk, but it is around the same price as all the other milk substitute brands.

Loved this beverage. I love the fact that it does not have an aftertaste and it's very yummy! You can drink it alone or put some in your tea or oatmeal.
