I have to say, I'm loving this moisturizer. The texture is unique; it seems like a thick cream in your hand, but it goes on fairly light. I often skip a nighttime moisturizer as I find the majority to be too greasy; however, this one felt light and fresh, like my skin was still being allowed to breathe.
Quite a few people have commented on the smell, but I didn't find it unpleasant, nor did my husband who usually comments if anything I use has much of a scent. My daughter did tell me my face smelled beautiful one morning just after putting it on, so perhaps the scent diffuses quickly.
The only complaint I have for this cream is that there is no SPF. As someone with very fair skin, I never venture outside without an SPF, even on a cloudy day in the middle of winter. As a result, I had to layer my regular moisturizer with SPF over top during the daytime.

I recived this as a sample and tried it right away. It was not a greasy cream and absorbed to the skin well leaving it soft . It is not a greasy cream and adsorbs to the skin well leaving feeling soft. For me I really disliked the scent if this was unscented I would use it regularly.

I received the Simple Replenishing Moisturizer for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my review. I have been using the moisturizer for over a week and I like it. It absorbs well, it has a light smell and it is non-greasy. I use the moisturizer twice a day, which I find is enough to keep my skin hydrated.

The pros:
It's a nice thick consistency and it definitely moisturized my dry zones. I like it particularly at night because it is on the thicker side. It soaked in nicely after a little bit of time and it didn't irritate my sensitive-ish skin at all. I believe it actually helped reduce some of my redness!

The cons:
It was a little too thick for me to use under my make-up in my morning routine unless I was willing to wait a while until it soaked in. A little goes a long way. Also - the scent was really offputting to me. It was unscented - which was great - but the scent it does carry is sort of ... musty? dusty? Like lotion that has been sitting around for while. I plan on sniffing another one in the store to see if it's just mine - because if it isn't, I won't be buying it again for that reason alone.

This moisturizer is nice. It's gentle and unscented. I was able to apply it near my eye area which is very sensitive and most products cause a bit of irritation there. Not so with this moisturizer. I only used it at night time as a sort of night cream because it does not contain any sun protection, so I can't comment on how well it works under makeup, however I did find it worked well overnight and my skin felt great in the mornings. It's a light cream so I didn't feel greasy going to bed like when I use many heavier night creams.

I received this product for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I have always wanted to try the Simple brand, as I tend to gravitate towards products designed for sensitive skin. My skin tends to be breakout-prone, so I prefer to use very gentle products to avoid irritating my face. However, my skin does also get quite dry (especially in the winter), so it's hard for me to find a nourishing moisturizer that doesn't irritate my skin.

This moisturizer worked perfectly for me. It left my face feeling soft and smooth, and eliminated any flaky, dead skin that I had. I especially loved the consistency of it - it was a bit thicker than the oil-free moisturizer that I tend to use, which I think helped this moisturizer soak in better and therefore maintain moisture. Even though it felt rich on my skin, it didn't feel heavy like it was just sitting on my skin or clogging my pores. I am happy to report that I didn't notice any breakouts in using this product, and my skin didn't become irritated at all. My only complaint was that I didn't love the smell of the product (it smells a bit chemical-y). However, I know that not adding perfumes is what helps this product stay good for sensitive skin. Plus the scent fades as the day/night progresses. I will definitely buy this again.

I got to try this product free from the review club. I did really like this product. It was scent free and very light on my skin. With other moisturizors in the past I have been left with a very heavy feeling but the simple replentishing rich moisturizor absorbed in to my skin quickly and left no residue or oily build up. I would defiently try this product again.

I received this product free to try from Chick Advisor. It leaves my skin nice and soft. Even my hands feel soft from applying it. It didn't cause any break outs or irritation. The only thing that I didn't like was the smell. Although it's supposed to be unscented, it has sort of an earthy, dirt-like smell to me.

I really like this moisturizer its great to wear under my make up, light and not overpowering. It's very gentle on my skin. My skin is really sensitive and breaks out easily but Ive been using this stuff daily since I received them in the mail and haven't had any new spots! The only thing I don't like is the smell of it, it is unscented but i just find the unscented "smell" isn't that pleasant, but that hasn't stopped me from using it!
