These chips are a cross between SunChips and puff snacks in texture and in crunch. It's what you'd expect from chips but not as hard on the teeth or the jaw. The sour cream and onion flavour is the same as on other savoury snacks and the quinoa isn't apparent in the taste at all (although it's not usually the taste that bothers people, since it's very mild, but the texture - which in itself isn't at all similar to how it is when cooked). It's a great snack, though the price isn't the greatest. If you want a savoury snack that isn't hard on the teeth and is still tasty then keep an eye out for when this goes on sale and give it a try.
