Pretty great diaper rash cream. It's good at preventing a rash, but not too good at helping releave and get rid of a diaper rash. It is very smooth and creamy feeling. It's not thick and tacky. The smell is mild. I like using it. The cost is very good compared to other leading brands and I will continue to buy it.
