Too $$$ and terrible customer support

I've had this subscription for a while. and if you use the discount codes, it's not that bad of a price for what you get but if it's full price, it NOT worth it by any means. Especially the $39 a month box. Seriously, go to Fab Fit Fun instead, I've had that subscription for years and the box is always great on top of customer support that goes above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Single Swag's customer support is copy and pasted responses. They don't care at all, it's terrible.

Best box on the market until something goes wrong.

So this is hand down the best box I ever Recieved. The products, the value and even how it arrived at the begining of the month. So decided to sign up in 3 month intervals on a subscription. The first two AWESOME! NO COMPLAINTS. Untill August came and my box did not. I contacted was told they would ship me a replacement. So I waited and waited finally emailed them again in September saying hey!!!! Didn't get the replacement and I was given a story that they asked me to confirm my address. Which I how now realized this was their way stalling so that I carried over into another 3 month subscription. I email every week I get same excuses and asking me to confirm my address. All I wanted was my money back for the missing box. They refuse. They offer a replacement again. That I now also have realised is never coming. Then they say they will extend my membership to replace the missing box till December. Keep in mind ladies it's now October that they told me this 3 months after I was supppised to get my original purchase. Yet September and October came right on time. So November rolls around my box for November that was supposed to be my last is late. Plus I also agreed to the list cause of getting the December to try and recoup the fact that they are out refusing an refund but also not sending me my missing August box. So my last email that I heard from them. I was old expected delivery between 13th to 17th. Lolololol I'm still waiting. So I demanded the tracking numbers and the service They used to ship. Heather the employees I've corresponding with has not answered. So no I'm out two boxes. IT'S VERY DISAPPOINTING because when I first started receiving this BOX. I loved it. I would not recomend them now or ever to anyone. Because if something goes wrong. They will not refund your money. And they play games and tell you they are fixing it and then nothing happens. Essentially they stole the value of two boxes 39.99 us funds each.

A monthly self love gift!

Similar to FabFitFun, but monthly. Not just for singles - more about self love and taking care of yourself! 40 USD for 6-7 full size products. I received a candle, jewelry, cookies, face toner, makeup remover cloth, exfoliater and a eyeshadow palette. Liked everything except the toner! Will probably only get a few more boxes and then stop for a while to use up what I already have, but definitely lots of fun and nice that it’s every month so you don’t have to wait so long for a surprise!
