I love this protein powder as it seems easy on my body, helps my body recover after workouts and the chocolate, especially, tastes creamy and wonderful! I've tried various other types of protein powders (whey, etc) and found them heavy on my body, not to mention reactions such as itchiness and an unsettled stomach and poor taste.
I recommend Soy Protein Powder to any female who enjoys hard workouts and wants a great drink for afterwards.
