I absolutely love the Sketcher's Shape-ups brand runners, wearing them make me feel like I'm walking on clouds. These shoes are so ridiculously comfortable, that it doesn't matter whether they actually help shape your legs and bum or not. Now I know that according to studies the claims these shoes make are unsubstantiated, but I'm going to go based on what I have seen and felt with my own experience. When I first started wearing these runners, on a regular basis, my legs would be sore by the end of the day. Between sore legs and the lack of cellulite on my legs, I would say they at least help, along with my daily workout regimen.
