Best for oily or combination skin

I bought this because I love Korean beauty products. This was just so-so for me, probably because I don't have the right skin type for it. I think this is best for oily skin, as it has a lot of tannins in it. The texture is like a semi-firm jelly, which can make it a bit tricky to spread evenly on the skin. The smell is ok but not what I would call pleasant. My skin already leans toward dry in the winter so this would probably be better for people with oily skin.
