Works fine...but burns my eyes!!

I got this for $5 at Winners. Good price, and it fulfills the purpose of a makeup remover. It works as well as any other micellar water I've tried. However, it burns my eyes so much. The directions say that it is meant for use on any skin (eyes, lips, neck, etc) but it stings a lot and it takes a few minutes for the stinging to stop. I will probably just use it on my skin and avoid the eye area until it is used up, but I would rather use something that is all-purpose so I won't repurchase it.
