I love this product for the energy that it gives me, but it is not a quick fix for weightloss, it does come with a great program by Kim Lyons that must be followed or your desired results will likely not be achieved. It doesnt taste very good but its a quick 2 oz shot and you do get used to the flavor. It is very costly!! But in comparison to other weight loss products is actually reasonable I suppose.
