Goodness this book made me hungry! It's filled with a ton of yummy vegan recipes to meet your craving (even a section for PMSy snacks!).

The book includes items such as Pecan-crusted French Toast, Oven-Baked Garlic Fries, Cheezy Cream of Broccoli soup, Macaroni and Four Cheeses and Bitchtastic Brownies. Now tell me that those don't all sound amazing! They all use healthy ingredients and are completely vegan. If you can't cut meat, a few recipes have the vegan alternatives, using vegan meat in place of the real stuff.

The book also includes a handy glossary, defining some of the new ingredients you'll be coming across with your new vegan lifestyle. As well it includes some extra little tips and funny notes throughout the book.

I agree with Tiffani though, it would have been nice to have some nutritional information for the recipes, such as calories, fat, carbs, etc. Sure they are healthier than other foods, but there always can be too much of a good thing.
