This sleep aid mouth guard really helps with teeth grinding in your sleep. It's great that it's molded for the perfect fit. I love that it has a case to keep it in when not in use. It also helps if you suffer from snoring (I do not). It can prevent broken teeth, TMJ, bruxism, and gum pain. It was designed by an oral surgeon and is DDS approved. It was incredibly easy and super fast to mold. All you need is water, a pot and a stove. I would definitely recommend this to friends!
