Not a fan

I thought I would try this out as I've had unrefreshing sleep for quite some time given the variability of my schedule. I do not take medications for this as they are often quite sedating and impairing for hours after you've woken up, and thus can be quite unsafe. This product did not work well for me, as it did not relieve my restlessness or insomnia, and in fact, I was more stressed thinking about the potential side effects to actually have restful sleep!!

On certain occasions I have insomnia and I decided to try Sleep Eze, eze melts. This product is a sleep aid to help you fall asleep and to get the rest you need. These are dissolving tablets that melt in your mouth.

In regards to effectiveness, it didn't do anything for me. Didn't help me fall asleep nor feel rested. Maybe for some people , but, not for me.
