To me this is the best thing I've ever owned. I have to wear glasses every waking moment. I can't be the only one who is constantly pushing their glasses up. I get my glasses adjusted alot. Using the slider you can adjust it 10'-16'. I like to wear it secure close to my head.My glasses stay put til I loosen them. I bought two. First one $16.50 the second one $15. I love this treasure
