I am on the slim fast diet and love these meal replacement bars. All the flavours are great. Results are dependent on if you are committed to the diet plan with regular exercise. It is pricey however if you can find them on sale it's worth stocking up

If you can follow the plan you will see results. The bars are filling and it is an easy way to count your calories! The snack bars are the best at one hundred calories, filling and taste great! Even if you are not following the plan but counting your calories, the snack bars are perfect!

The Slim Fast bars are a bit too pricey! I believe they are only low calories because they are smaller then a regular bar. The taste is good but the price makes them not a good choice!
