I tried them defenetly high in fiber. There are 5 packs in a box. A bag seems to have a little but it good amount it gets you full. I just did not like that they seem to dry no flavor.

I'm so happy I came across these at Winners today ! For $3, it comes in a box with 5 snack packs. It tastes delicious and it only has 100 calories ! I love that it also has a high source of fibre. Perfect pre/post work out snack. The original price is quite high, but if I can continue buying them at Winners, I would definitely stock up !
