Two years ago I started my weight loss and better living journey and along the way I tried many shakes. The Slim Fast Keto powder is so good. It fills me, mixes up really nice and the taste is to die for. I always get the chocolate and add coconut milk and berries to it and it lasts me from 6am - 11am no problem. By far my favourite smoothie mix. All of the Slim Fast Keto treats are great too.
