I found this on Amazon and have also seen in some specialty Asian stores marketed under 'konjac' flour rice. It is zero carb, zero calories and zero fat. It contains glucomannon which is supposed to be highly digestable, hence no retaining the calories or carbs. It must be stir fried for at least 20 minutes to make sure it really dries out. Other wise it will be really rubbery and unpleasant. Once done properly it is quite similar in texture to white rice. It says one package contains two servings, however I found it to be closer to one serving. I like that it is zero carb as I am on a carb free diet at the moment. I must mention also that it is packaged in water, and it has a funny smell. Apparently this is quite normal and you must rinse it before cooking it. Once cooked it tastes fine.
