Helped me get my beach body started

This product has helped me a number of times when I needed a boost to get the weight loss started. It alone helped me lose 15lbs in 2 months without a diet or exercise change.

It does have some side effects that are pretty easily managed, such as increased heart rate and decreased appetite to the point where you have to force yourself to eat. These side effects only last about a week and then subside. It is quite pricy, about $60 for a month supply but I love the fact that you k my need to take one pill a day.

Overall, I would highly recommend this product.
