I have been using slim fast for quite a while.now and I honestly can't go a day without it, I love it. Its fast, easy to make, and I stay full for long periods of time. I usually will have it twice a day once for around breakfast and then another one for lunchtime, and I will eat a small meal for supper. I would definately recommend it

Surprisingly filling and delicious!

The Slimfast Advanced Nutrition shakes taste good and leave me filling full between meals. I was surprised how easy it was to stick to the diet. About to go into week 3 now!

I love this product is great for us people who want to lose weight, has a delicious taste and is easy to use and contains proteins and vitamins to supply what you need in your day to day.

Delicious

Tastes great, just like chocolate milk. The 20g of protein it shows on the front is once mixed with milk. I mix mine with unsweetened almond milk to avoid the extra sugar and carbs.

Slimfast

I love slimfast, I have them a few times a week, when I'm strapped for time.... It does not keep me full for 4hrs tho more like 2. They taste really yummy!
