Great ingredients but lack in taste and texture

I really like the ingredients and the whole concept of Smart Sweets to help people kick sugar cravings. Every flavor is made from natural ingredients, low in sugar and calories, gluten free, allergens free, and high in fiber content. The Sour Blast Buddies option is plant-based and comes in 5 fruit flavors. I didn't really enjoyed it much in terms of taste. I liked that the initial sour taste was not too strong, as well as the sweet taste that came after it. However, I thought that the fruit flavors were very flat and bland in terms of taste. It was also somewhat hard to chew through and stuck onto my teeth a lot. Smart sweets has a lot of other flavor options to explore so even though I did not enjoy this one, I'm definitely curious to try out other flavours it offers.

Tastes delicious

Smart sweets are great because they have less sugar than your average candy. When you get a craving for something sweet, you can grab Smart sweets which is a healthier option. Not only do they have less sugar, but they also have a lot of fibre.

I personally love the taste of the sour blast buddies. They are my favourite out of any of the flavours.

I believe smart sweets are a healthier alternative to most candies, and can still give you satisfaction when you get a craving for sugar.

The best for healthy gummies

I LOVE these, best healthy gummies I've tried. They have really good flavour and I don't feel bad eating a whole bag. Can't go wrong with 100% of your fiber intake!

Smart sweets

I am on weight watchers and eat these as my treat during the week. They are only 3points for anyone else using the program. I love my candy and these taste delicious and feed my cravings!

Nice and Sour

Favourite from the Smart Sweets brand. Just enough sour and sweetness. The are not too hard and have a nice chewy texture. Love that these are low in sugar and sweetened with Stevia. They are quite expensive but they are gaining popularity and found in more stores so hopefully will see these on regular sale promotion.

My fav!

My day just got a lot sweeter thanks to smartsweets! these taste so delicious and they only contain 3 gram of sugar per bag. They have no added sugars, sugar alcohols, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavours or colours and are low in calories and high in fibre. They have a great variety including sweet and Smartsweets Sour Blast Buddiessour options. I love the sour options they are my favourite!

Really satisfies the craving without the calories

Expensive but definitely worth it if your watching calories or following WW (only 3 point per package!). They are available at Costco which makes them more cost effective

Yummy low sugar treat!

These were very good candies! They are sweet but not too sweet. I actually prefer these over regular candy because they are not as sweet. Will buy again!

Not sour

I would only buy these on sale. You get very little in a bag. Not sour at all, different colours, they all taste different. Chewy and the texture is very different compared to sour patch kids.
