Not the #OG but 'healthier'!

When it comes to caramel cheese popcorn, my mind goes to one of the originals #OG Garrett's Popcorn in Chicago with their signature 'Chicago Mix' of caramel and cheddar flavours. I love the SmartFood brand because they try to make 'healthier' popcorns while maintaining the taste and quality. Although it's not the exact same, it's a great yummy alternative!

Don’t recommend

Not the best popcorn ever but it’s ok. I would easily prefer other types but this one is decent. I bought This once only because I’ve had other, more expensive kinds of cheese and caramel popcorn and this one was cheap so I was curious. Overall spend a bit more money to get a quality product. Also when I bought it the popcorn was very stale.

Always Delicious!

I love this popcorn! It is the only popcorn I will eat. It is the perfect combination of salty and sweet, so tasty. It never tastes stale like some popcorn. I would recommend this to everyone.

Sooo tasty

I love this popcorn! The mixture of cheddar and caramel seemed so strange to me at first but I was intrigued and had to try it. It was well worth it. Not the most nutritionally sound snack but definitely taste great.

Great take on Chicago mix

I am a huge fan of Smartfood's White Cheddar, and decided to try the Cheddar and Caramel when my grocery store was a having a 2/$5 sale. This is a REALLY yummy take on Chicago mix, and different from other brands that I have tried.

The cheddar popcorn has almost a sour cream and onion-cheddar flavour and is surprisingly good. The caramel popcorn is SO buttery and delicious. It reminds me of Kernel's Double Butter flavour.

This is definitely worth a try if you like this strange sweet and salty combination.

I personally feel with smart food they should have left well enough alone! I hate the new mixes I find them inconsistent and they don't mix well with the popcorn they use.

This sounds like a strange flavor combination, but it works. The caramel popcorn is delicious - Smartfood nails it. The cheddar popcorn, however, leaves a bit to be desired. I think this popcorn would be way better if they mixed their fantastic white cheddar popcorn (far superior to this orange cheddar stuff) with the caramel popcorn. The weakness of the cheddar flavor (somewhat lacking in coating, could use more - and far more artificial tasting than the white cheddar stuff) made me deduct one star.
Overall, I would recommend this. It is a tasty and satisfying snack - but make sure to watch your serving size! There is nothing smart about the caloric punch of this popcorn! I have tried several other brands of Chicago mix popcorn and this one falls somewhere in the middle for taste - but it is the most cost effective version I have found. I usually pick mine up at Shoppers Drug Mart.

This is one of my go-to snacks. It is cheap, and tastes great. Despite it's name, it's not particularly good for you. This is a great substitute for microwave popcorn.

This is my go to for comfort food! The cheddar on this popcorn is the best cheddar flavor I have ever had. The caramel and cheddar mix is well balanced, I have to say it is very good.
